During 2009-2010, The Narayana Academy has opened a Junior College at Pulivendula for fulfilling the wish of the former Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. RAJASEKHAR REDDY with an aim to secure 50 selections per year in the IIT-JEE from 2011. A Special Intensive Coaching for IIT-JEE, along with the regular Intermediate Course is being provided at Pulivendula by the NARAYANA IIT ACADEMY to the selected 100 candidates of BPL families, who have secured more than 500 marks with English Medium from the Government Schools and Private Schools in the SSC exam, of Kadapa Parliamentary Constituency. The total expenditure of these candidates will be borne by Narayana Academy as the selection of the candidates done by the District Administration.

         During 2009-2010, 87 candidates appeared for the exam and nearly 95% candidates secured the ‘A’ grade in their IPE First year examination.
