The concept “KADAPA RATHNALU” is the brain-child of Sri M.T.Krishna Babu, I.A.S., the founder of the scheme who worked as the District Collector a few years ago in the Kadapa District. The Chief aim of this is to help the needy and the deserving students that belong to BPL (Below Poverty Line) families and have White Ration Card.
The main object is to provide the opportunity and place amenities for the students to show their real worth in studies who have come out meritoriously in the SSC public examinations in spite of their poverty and scarcity of facilities in their families.
